Define the checklist
We build an inspection checklist for YOUR product: functions, dimensions, packaging, labeling — and the defects that matter to your customers.

Inspect at the right node
Initial (10–20% produced), during production, or pre-shipment (100% ready) — you choose the checkpoint, or all three.

AQL 2.5 sampling
Statistically valid sampling following AQL 2.5 / Level II, with every defect photographed, marked and counted.

Report before payment
You receive a full report with photos and a clear Pass / Fail verdict. Balance is only paid to the factory after your approval.

Basic inspection is included with sourcing orders. Standalone inspections from $100 per lot. 100% full inspection (every single unit) available at $5/hour.

Yes — ask and we'll send a real (customer-redacted) report so you know exactly what you'll get.
+What if the goods fail?
We hold the shipment, negotiate rework or replacement with the factory, and re-inspect. You decide — we never release balance payment on a failed report.
+Inspect at the factory or your warehouse?
Both. On-site at the factory catches issues earliest; warehouse inspection lets us consolidate multiple suppliers and check final packing in one place.
