Consolidation Warehouse in China
Buying from five factories means five parcels, five shipping fees, five customs headaches — unless you consolidate. Our warehouse in Guangdong receives everything, checks it, repacks it, and ships it to you as one clean shipment with one tracking number.
Sound familiar?
- ✕You buy $3,000 of goods from 6 suppliers and pay $1,200 in parcel shipping.
- ✕Half your cartons arrive crushed because they were packed as an afterthought.
- ✕You have no idea what's actually inside each supplier's boxes.
- ✕Small orders don't fill a container, but LCL quotes confuse you with hidden fees.
How we do it
- 1
Suppliers ship to us
We give each supplier a receiving label with your customer code. Goods arrive, we photograph, and log them into your inventory list.
- 2
Quality gate at intake
Every incoming batch gets a visual check against your order. Wrong or damaged goods go back to the factory before they ever cost you freight.
- 3
Repack for the journey
We repack into export cartons, add protective material where needed, and palletize for air or sea.
- 4
One shipment, one invoice
Everything leaves as a single shipment with one tracking link — we even list which carton contains which goods.
What you receive
Every engagement includes these deliverables — in writing, every time.
- ✓Photo log of every received batch
- ✓Consolidated packing list (what's in each carton)
- ✓30 days of free storage for every order
- ✓Optional: FBA labeling, bundling, kitting before shipping
Pricing
First 30 days of storage are free. After that, a modest per-CBM-per-month fee applies (ask for the current rate). Repacking and labeling quoted per job.

+How long can you store my goods?
30 days free. Need longer? Tell us in advance and we'll arrange it — many clients pre-position seasonal stock with us.
+Can you relabel for Amazon FBA?
Yes — FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, bundling, and carton prep to Amazon's requirements, with photo confirmation before dispatch.
+What about hidden LCL fees at destination?
This is our favorite question — our quotes list destination charges upfront. Read our LCL fees guide on the Blog (coming soon) to see what other forwarders bury.
